Figuring out how to jump higher in basketball games can be a difficult task for a lot of people. Trust me, I know personally, but I cahnged that with some work. It’s as easy as doing these two steps to get a big increase the height you can jump.
1) You body is an engine that can’t run on junk fuel. You have got to start drinking more water untill you get up to about 8 cups. That water is going to make a huge difference in your ability to jump and avoid cramps once you really start getting more air. Just just fill up a gallon container of ice water in the morning and use a sports drink powder in it to give it some flavor. That way I don’t have any excuses and I can hydrate myself regularly just like soldiers do in boot camp. Give it a shot and you will see, it helps a lot!
2) You’ll find out that basketball players have a jump coach for a reason. You need to get some training. The best training in my opinion is The Jump Manual. You get the best exercies for real performance. They show you a few exercises that are pretty easy but really made a difference in how I exploded from the asphalt. But beyond that, it’s about the only program out there that has a lot of science behind it.
